To access the full features of ph1234, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested in the registration form. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current at all times.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on ph1234. The creation of multiple accounts by a single Player — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds and winnings.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. ph1234 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
You must notify ph1234 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. ph1234 reserves the right to suspend any account where unauthorized access is suspected, pending investigation.
ph1234 may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) procedures at any time, including but not limited to prior to processing withdrawals, upon reaching certain deposit thresholds, or where required by applicable law or regulatory guidance. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.
ph1234 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. ph1234 reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
All deposits must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your ph1234 account wallet within seconds of confirmation. Deposits via bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) banking day to be credited, depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution.
ph1234 does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited into your account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from unverified or third-party sources may be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed by ph1234 within one (1) to three (3) business hours for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) to three (3) banking days for bank transfers. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. ph1234 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the ph1234 account. ph1234 shall not be responsible for delays caused by the Player's financial institution or payment provider.
All transactions on ph1234 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph1234 does not accept foreign currency deposits. Any currency conversion fees charged by a Player's bank or payment provider are the sole responsibility of the Player.
ph1234 may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion details. ph1234 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where it determines that a Player has attempted to abuse or circumvent bonus terms.
ph1234 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, colluding with other Players to exploit promotional offers, or any other conduct that ph1234 determines, in its sole discretion, to constitute an attempt to exploit the bonus system. ph1234 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or winnings obtained through bonus abuse and to suspend or terminate the relevant account.
ph1234 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for recreational Players only and may not be available to all Players or in all circumstances.
All Games available on ph1234 are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager. ph1234 accepts no responsibility for losses incurred as a result of a Player's failure to understand the rules of a Game.
All Games on ph1234 use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random, unpredictable, and not subject to manipulation by ph1234 or any third party. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published for each Game and represent the theoretical long-term average payout rate.
In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a Player's device and the result recorded on ph1234's servers, the server-side result shall be deemed definitive and binding. ph1234's decision on all game-related disputes is final.

ph1234 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ph1234 reasonably believes that: (a) the Player has breached these Terms; (b) the Player has engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct; (c) the Player's account is subject to a legal hold, regulatory inquiry, or law enforcement request; or (d) it is otherwise necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other Players.
You may close your ph1234 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account wallet (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use the ph1234 Platform ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 8, 11, 12, and 15 — shall continue in full force and effect following termination.
All content on the ph1234 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, user interface designs, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of ph1234 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international conventions.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the ph1234 Platform without the prior written consent of ph1234.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph1234 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any Game, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
ph1234's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your ph1234 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ph1234 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.
ph1234 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
ph1234 complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and all applicable implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC). Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as necessary to operate the Platform and comply with legal obligations.
ph1234 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ph1234 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the ph1234 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 10.2.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to ph1234's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
For matters falling within the regulatory jurisdiction of PAGCOR, the applicable PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures shall apply. ph1234 cooperates fully with PAGCOR in all regulatory and compliance matters.
